Notes to rental rates
A
25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 6
weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €150 is required at the
same time. Linen and towels included (not pool/beach towels)

Arrival day
Peak
season arrival/departure day is normally Saturday (although could be
flexible - please ask) at other times it can be any day of the week to
fit in with cheaper midweek travel rates.
